1. Pierogi Booth

A traditional Polish dish. Pierogi are dumplings filled with potato & cheese. Boiled and topped with a butter & onion sauce. Other variations include fillings made with sauerkraut & mushrooms, sweet cheese, fruit and berries…

2. Placki & Chicken Fingers Booth

Our placki, also known as “potato pancakes”, were voted “BEST PLACKI AT THE FESTIVAL” ….. try some and you’ll know why! Or try some good ole chicken fingers and Polish fries!

3. Golabki Booth

Stuffed cabbage is made with a rice and meat mixture wrapped in a cabbage leaf and covered in tomato sauce.

4. Grilled Kielbasa & BBQ Chicken Booth

Kielbasa and chicken cooked on an open grill. YUM!

5. Steamed Kielbasa Booth

Can’t decide on what you want? Try the “Taste of Poland” platter which gives you a little bit of everything.

6. The Grill House

Come to the Grill House to get yourself a juicy hamburger or one of our awesome cheesesteaks!

7. Funnel Cake Booth

There is nothing better to finish off your day at the festival (or really anytime during your visit) then a delicious funnel cake sprinkled with some powdered sugar. YUM!

8. Polish Ice & Ice Cream Booth

Enjoyed by young and old! We have a great selection of flavors. We now have sugar free too!

9. Village Smokehouse

See how kielbasa is smoked in a traditional smokehouse. Try a sample or get yourself a smoked kielbasa sandwich or take home a couple links to enjoy later.

10. Beer Booths

Stop by one of our two beer booths located by the Casino or in the Polish Village area. Enjoy ice cold Polish or American beer.
